Refunds May Be Considered if…
- We are unable to deliver the service you paid for.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- Work has not yet started and the request is made within 2 hours of payment.
Once work has started, we do not offer cash refunds. However, where a delivered item does not match the agreed brief, we will review it and provide revisions within the scope of the package purchased.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, delays in submitting required materials, or requests that fall outside the agreed service scope.
